A2 Hosting (now hosting.com) allows cancellation online via the customer panel: navigate to Products & Services, click Manage on the service, go to the Billing tab, and submit a cancellation request. Notice must be submitted at least one day before the renewal term begins; cancellation takes effect at the start of the next renewal period. A full refund is available within 30 days of purchase; a prorated refund applies from days 31–90; no refund is issued after 90 days except at A2's sole discretion. Domain registrations, setup fees, and migration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
