How hard is it to cancel Book of the Month?

Members cancel self-serve from the account profile under Membership by selecting Cancel Membership; cancellation must happen before the renewal date (typically the 1st of the month) or you are billed, and unused credits are lost on cancel unless you pause instead. Once a book has shipped there are no refunds.
